Jobs-To-Be-Done Approach
To acquire/retain specific cohorts, I applied the jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) approach to plan briefs and designs based on user needs. I helped define what type of content and visual attributes should be included in template categories to accurately resonate the JTBD of Venngage’s core industry sectors.
In this case study, based on SEO-driven research for “International Women’s Day”, users were interested in creating online social media, posters and cards. I curated designs in those categories based on common JTBD, such as nonprofit-corporate partnerships, event promotions and internal communications.
